corporate clients in M&A and corporate finance mandates.
The Skills:
the ability to think critically, creatively and at the same
time conceptually
the stamina and motivation to work on assignments with long
project cycles that demand work of superior quality and the ability
to interact with senior managers and owners
a track record of excellent academic and personal achievements
strong quantitative and analytical skills
prior exposure to corporate finance (course and working experience)
basic modeling skills on an electronic spreadsheet
fluent command of German and English – both verbal and
written – at negotiation level
